Karl Kempf (USA) secures the data logging equipment into the sidepod of the Tyrrell P34 of Ronnie Peterson (SWE). His system was one of the first examples of telemetry and computers being used in F1. Kempf worked for Goodyear in the 1970s before working with Tyrrell.
